For more than 25 years, Wendy has been passionate about the consumer’s real estate journey, land ownership, and lending. She has coordinated and closed more than 10,000 residential and commercial transactions, including financing for new construction, lot loans, VA, FHA, JUMBO, and conventional loans. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from Bellevue University. She has served in leadership roles and received awards from many industry groups, including the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, Metro Omaha Builders Association, Sarpy County Historical Society, and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
