The Audit Committee is charged with providing oversight and ensuring the adequacy of the company's financial reporting, accounting, compliance, risk and other control systems and practices implemented in accordance with all federal and state laws, sound business practices, and membership desires.


The Associate position is designed to supplement the knowledge and experience of the Audit Committee members and to provide a structure to have qualified candidates available to fill vacant audit committee positions. While associates serve as non-voting members, they are expected to attend monthly Audit Committee meetings and are encouraged to participate in discussions.
